as a part of our health initiative, the husband and i are keeping food journals.

as i suspected, i survive primarily on wine and coffee (not necessarily in that order) .

mythbuster: they've lied to us for years, apparantly you don't need to drink water to survive.

Sounds like the right diet to me! And, if you haven't heard, they discovered that red wine does, in fact, slow the aging process in lab mice. The "problem" is that for humans to get the equivalent dose of the active ingredient, we'd have to injest 300 glass per day! (could be good for your business...)
